Study Gerontological Nursing in Canada

Geriatric population is the fastest growing health cohort around the world. By 2030, more than 28% of Canadians will be over 65 with 12% over 85 years of age. Currently more than 68% of all patients in Canada are elderly; nurses must have specialised knowledge and training to give care for these older people. This Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontological Nursing will give participants tools and skills to meet the complex physical, social, environmental, cognitive and spiritual needs for the elder ones.

Admission Requirements

B.Sc. Nursing degree-with 60% Marks / GNM Diploma minimum 65% Marks.

Registration with a national/provincial/state nursing association.

Minimum of one year nursing experience.

IELTS 6.5 overall with no band score less than 6.0.
